Sales & Retention Executive

We are looking for Sales and Retention Executives to initiate contact with potential customers who have expressed an interest in Voneus (via our website or through local engagement) in order to sign them up to our products and services.
You'll be working 37.5 hours per week across 5 days, which will include evenings and Saturdays. It is expected that you will work at least two lates each week.
Our ideal candidate will
- Handle and convert inbound calls into sales
- Have excellent call handling skills
- An ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Be able to listen, build rapport and efficiently deal with all enquiries
- Work towards and exceed targeted KPIs;
- Adopt proactive customer retention strategies, identifying opportunities and creating the need for renewals.
