Sales & Marketing Manager

The Noel Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic boutique hotel in Dublin City Centre, for an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-quality hospitality operation, renowned for its exceptional guest experience, elegant accommodation, and distinctive customer-focused services. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and supporting the continued commercial success of the business.

Responsibilities of a Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve accommodation, food & beverage, events, and ancillary revenue targets.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site viewings, and represent the business at industry events and trade shows.
  • Lead the development of bespoke packages, seasonal offers, and targeted promotional campaigns aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Oversee all marketing activities, including digital campaigns, content creation, website updates, and brand messaging.
  • Manage social media strategy, ensuring engaging and consistent content aligned with the property's premium brand positioning.
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Coordinate PR initiatives, including press releases, media visits, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for continued growth and innovation.
Requirements of a Sales & Marketing Manager
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a hotel or hospitality sales and marketing role, ideally within a luxury or boutique environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and growing market share.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially minded with strong organisational and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience within the Irish hospitality sector is a distinct advantage.
  • Professional, polished, and guest-focused approach.
  • Creative mindset with an appreciation for branding and storytelling.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional commercial and guest outcomes.
