Sales & Marketing Lead (Maternity Cover, 1 Year)

The Ballymascanlon Hotel and Golf Resort in Ireland is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for maternity cover (fixed 1 year). You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage campaigns, and lead the sales team to maximise occupancy and revenue.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or hospitality degree, 3-5 years in hotel sales and marketing, strong negotiation and leadership abilities, and proficiency with hotel software and digital marketing tools.
