Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Hotel: IC - London Park Lane (LONHB), One Hamilton Place, Park Lane, W1J 7QY

At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Compile a variety of reports and support the sales and marketing team with daily, weekly, and monthly data.
• Maintain excellent communication with the wider hotel team, suppliers and clients.
• Assist the team with completing and sending out reports, ordering stationery, managing stock levels, and raising purchase orders as required.
• Support the marketing team in the preparation of video and photo shoots and the updating of hotel collateral.

Qualifications

• An understanding of the luxury hotel industry.
• A thirst for learning in a fast paced and ever changing environment.
• A Marketing, Hospitality degree, or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury/upscale hotel environment is desirable, but not essential.

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days.
