Role and responsibilities

We are seeking a creative Sales and Marketing Coordinator who is adept at using data to sustain and grow relationships with audiences, including customers and supporters. This is a new role which will capture, segment and analyse customer data to help increase our revenue and attendance. You will use this data to promote activities across the Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration - ranging from ticketed exhibitions, membership, workshops, learning programmes, fundraising appeals, retail and catering - to encourage loyalty through a mix of upselling, cross-promotion and forecasting.

Part of this varied role will also involve producing e-communications including newsletters, print collateral and supporting the Communications and Marketing Lead with listings. This role will be integral to ensuring the brand is applied consistently and we meet best practice standards for accessibility. You will have excellent communication skills with an ability to prioritise and multi-task.

Equality, inclusion and accessibility

We champion art that is dynamic, diverse and inclusive; we want our team to reflect that. We're very happy to explore alternative working patterns.

In recognition of underrepresentation in our staff team we will be offering guaranteed interviews to D/deaf and disabled applicants whose applications meet the essential criteria listed in the Job Pack.

We are registered as a Disability Confident employer. Please let us know if you have any access requirements that need to be met to support you to make an application or participate in the interview process.
