Job Description
Sales & Market Analyst

Location: Warrington or Milton Keynes (2-3 days per week on-site)

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales & Market Analyst to deliver high-quality insights that drive strategic decision-making across Sales and Marketing. You'll analyse data, build dashboards, and provide market intelligence that supports planning, performance management, and customer engagement. This role offers exposure to senior partners, execs, and the SLT-ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports (PowerBI, C4C) to support sales leadership
  • Analyse market, competitor, macroeconomic, and performance data to identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Provide insights across geographies, product portfolios, and market segments
  • Support forecasting accuracy and market-to-order (M2O) decision-making
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data quality, adoption, and process alignment
  • Deliver training on dashboards and data best practices
  • Validate, monitor, and refine data to ensure accuracy and integrity

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in data analysis, sales operations, or market intelligence
  • Strong experience building visual dashboards (PowerBI)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems (SAP preferred) and exposure to sales/marketing metrics

Desirable Experience

  • Degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or similar
  • Industry background in manufacturing, capital equipment, material handling, automation, or construction
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data-warehouse tools (SAP BW, C4C)
  • First experience using AI tools (eg, Copilot) for data cleansing/analysis
