Sales & Learning Enablement Lead

FMI is seeking an In-House Training Specialist to design, deliver and evaluate engaging training for our sales campaigns in Dublin. You will support Electric Ireland, eir, and other FMI campaigns, delivering induction, product, process and CRM training while creating materials and coaching teams.

You'll work with operational managers and client stakeholders to drive learning outcomes, ensure compliance and report on progress.
