Sales and Events Manager / Business Development Manager
Location: Victoria and Canary Wharf, London
Salary: £45,000 OTE + Perks
We are looking for target drive sales sorcerers, deal-making dynamos and selling legends.

We're on the hunt for a Sales and Events Manager / Business Development Manager with the charm, confidence and charisma to build lasting relationships, grow our local presence, and fill our venues with everything from after-work socials to large-scale corporate celebrations that repeat and can't wait to come back.
This position is in venue based, full time with an immediate start date.
Your Mission:
- Proactively sell our stunning venues and private event spaces to individuals, companies, and those local to us who crave the extraordinary.
- Build and nurture strong local relationships-with businesses, event planners, and corporate clients who love a bit of flair with their functions.
- Tap into your local knowledge and foresight to plan ahead for key events-from summer soirées to festive blowouts and interesting local events.
- Be the first to spot large-scale booking opportunities and pitch tailored packages that delight and dazzle with our food and drinks offering from theatrical canapes, beautiful bowl food and hard to resist drinks packages.
- Collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver events that are both seamless and spectacular.
What You'll Bring:
- A proven track record in sales or business development, ideally in the world hospitality, events, or a B2B setting.
- A proactive approach-you don't wait for magic to happen, you make it.
- Experience handling corporate, private and large-group bookings.
- A genuine love for relationship building and storytelling-because people buy into people, especially those who sparkle.
- The ability to plan ahead by spotting and preparing for peak dates and big opportunities.
- Organisation. You will be trusted to deliver perfect events based on your ability to juggle proactivity with detail building. Event organiser will know they are in safe hands.
