Job Description

Searcys is seeking a Sales and Events Executive to join the team at Stationer's Hall.

As a Sales & Events Executive, you will manage venue sales and event bookings, handling reactive and proactive inquiries, and planning a variety of events including intimate gatherings and weddings. The role requires attention to detail, service excellence, and the ability to showcase exceptional food offerings.

Stationers' Hall is a Grade I listed building near St Paul's Cathedral, one of the few remaining ancient Livery Halls in the City of London, completed in 1673 after the Great Fire of London. Its magnificent rooms and secluded garden make it a highly sought-after venue for corporate and private events.

Salary: up to £34,000

In this role, you will generate new business, manage client relationships, and oversee event planning and execution. It is ideal for a sales-driven individual with experience in event sales and planning in a high-end venue, hotel, or catering setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively generate and convert event sales leads to meet revenue targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  3. Conduct venue show rounds, presentations, and sales pitches.
  4. Collaborate with operations and catering teams for seamless events.
  5. Prepare and negotiate contracts ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
  6. Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
  7. Represent the venue at networking events and trade shows.
