Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service Representative (Part Time)
Location: Corby
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum pro rata plus bonus
Ref: 8223CS

Main duties: To provide excellent customer service and support with sales and partnership development

The role:

• Act as the first point of contact for private customers, affiliates and wholesalers.
• Process orders through the system and communicate order status with customer.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to final delivery.
• Liaise with the logistics and fulfilment team to ensure smooth operations and communicate lead times effectively.
• Generate and follow up on leads to expand and grow the partner network and affiliate program.
• Make proactive calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention and identify areas for upselling.

Candidate's Profile

• Experience in a Sales and Customer Service role - Essential
• A strong interest in health and wellbeing - Essential
• Fluent in German to high business standard (written and spoken) - Beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated, Proactive and Dynamic personality
• IT Literate and confident with Microsoft Office
