Role Overview: Sales Administrator and Account Support at Grange Edinburgh

Our Sales Administrator roles are ideal for individuals seeking growth in their style and experience within a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are ambitious, confident, and committed to delivering a personalized, unforgettable customer experience.

Preferred experience includes Pinnacle (Dealer Management System) and motor trade background.

You must have a Full Clean UK Driving Licence and be prepared for a Basic DBS check and financial background check.

Typical Day: No two days are the same! Your role will involve variety, autonomy, and diversity, including:

  • Maintaining administrative and record-keeping systems in line with manufacturer standards
  • Preparing reports and statistical data as required
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA and legislative requirements
  • Processing vehicle sale documentation and delivery checks
  • Reconciling records for payments and orders
  • Managing vehicle stock records
  • Attending training to develop your knowledge
  • Providing additional administrative support as needed
