Job Description:

We're hiring aSales Administratorto support a growing food trading team.

You'll support sales, logistics, and operations.
You'll manage orders, paperwork, and day-to-day coordination.
This role suits someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a busy environment.

What you'll do

  • Process sales orders
  • Update customer and product data
  • Support the sales team with queries
  • Issue order confirmations and documents

Logistics

  • Coordinate deliveries with hauliers and freight partners
  • Track shipments and delivery dates
  • Resolve delays and issues

Customs and paperwork

  • Prepare customs and export documents
  • Support health certificates and compliance paperwork
  • Check invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents

Operations

  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance
  • Support stock movements and reconciliations
  • Keep records accurate and up to date

About you

  • Experience in sales admin, logistics, or supply chain
  • Food or FMCG experience is useful
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with paperwork and deadlines
  • Good Excel and system skills
