Main duties of the job6 sessions a week over 3 days, currently Monday, Tuesday and Friday
The post holder will be expected to undertake all the normalduties and responsibilities associated with a GP working within primary care
Mixture of face to face, telephone and online consultations
Very low home visiting rate
1 duty day per week with patient appointments reduced to 16allowing protected additional admin time
Early finish one day per week
Six weeks annual leave with 1 week study leave pro rata
Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience
Monthly Clinical and Practice meetings
Indemnity paid by practice

Job responsibilitiesThe salaried GP will be responsiblefor delivering the full range of primary care services as part of our surgery team ensuring the highest standards of care for the differing needs of our patientpopulation. The salaried GP will work closely with the practice'smulti-disciplinary team to providea high quality and accessible service to patients
Person Specification Qualifications- Full GMC registration
- GP CCT
- Strong clinical skills with a commitment to high-quality patient-centred care
- Effective time management
- Experience of working in a GP Practice
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Evidence of current revalidation and last appraisal
- Eligibility to practice in UK independently
- Familiarity with EMIS Web, Docman, DXS and Accurx systems
- Experience working within the Quality and Outcome Framework (QOF)
- Performers List registration
- Leadership skills and willingness to contribute to practice development and management
