Salaried GP (Partnership potential)
Posted 2 hours 48 minutes ago by Royal College of General Practitioners
This is a practice that has invested in making general practice feel manageable again. A structured working day with a 5.30pm finish, a reasonable appointment load with built up catch up time, a GP assistant model that genuinely reduces the non clinical burden, and an AI triage system launching imminently to ease duty doctor demand. The result is a team where GPs arrive and stay: tenures of between five and thirteen years are the norm, not the exception.
LocationThe Practice is based in North West Shropshire, close to the Welsh border. Shrewsbury is around 20 minutes by road, Wrexham approximately 20 minutes to the north, and Chester around 45 minutes. The area offers affordable living and easy access to open countryside.
