Dream Medical are looking for forward thinking, experienced GPs who would like to be part of delivering outstanding services based at our Doncaster practice in the county of Yorkshire. Up to 10 sessions are available, with a minimum of 5 required.

Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan, including consultation sessions, telephone triage, correspondence, results, medication reviews, prescription signing, and other clinical administration.
- Act as safeguarding lead, conduct medicals, produce reports, attend home visits, surgery meetings, and be on call (excluding out of hours).
- Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards set out by the GMC, putting individual patient care as a priority.
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager and site clinical lead to develop, deliver, and review the surgery action plan - covering list growth, patient satisfaction, QOF, enhanced services, KPI targets, resource profile, and cost management.
- Work closely with the surgery primary health care team, attending practice meetings.
- Ensure ongoing CPD to stay abreast of new clinical developments and maintain understanding of wider clinical workforce commitments.
- Complete mandatory and organisationally required training on time.
- Engage with NHS annual strengthened appraisal, PDP production, and GMC revalidation.
- Document and report significant events and matters relating to clinical governance to the clinical lead or site manager.
- Behave professionally at all times and act as an ambassador for the practice.
- Registered with the GMC and engaged in regular clinical work.
- Experienced GP with GP accreditation and sound knowledge of the principles and values that support good medical practice.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to teamwork.

- Record of continuous professional development.
- Clinical workforce: 1 Regional Medical Director, 3 GPs; 1 Advanced Nurse Practitioner; 2 Practice Nurses; 1 Pharmacist.
