- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
- Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing patient centred care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in clinical audits and quality improvement activities.
- Full registration with the General Medical Council - GMC.
- Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.
- Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners - MRCGP - or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualifications in areas relevant to general practice such as family medicine, public health or medical education.
- Proven experience working in a general practice setting.
- Competence in managing a wide range of medical conditions and providing high quality patient care.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other digital tools to enhance patient care and communication.
- Special interest or expertise in specific areas of medicine such as dermatology, paediatrics or mental health.
- Experience in leadership or management roles within a healthcare setting.
- Involvement in practice development or quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring medical students, junior doctors or other healthcare professionals.
