Salaried GP

Lincoln House Surgery is looking to welcome a salaried GP to our established and supportive team. This role is designed with sustainability in mind, combining a manageable workload, a collaborative culture, and the flexibility modern general practice needs.

• Providing high quality, patient centred primary care
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement
• Engaging in ongoing professional development
• Operating within our well established PCN, working closely with neighbouring practices in a collaborative and supportive environment where clinicians are valued and supported to thrive
• Working at either of our sites - Lincoln House Surgery or Highfield Surgery - both of which use a total triage model fully embedded in daily practice to support safe and efficient access for patients
• Having flexibility of 4 or 6 sessions per week, with competitive sessional rates, enhanced annual leave, study leave (1 week pro rata) and a genuinely supportive working environment
