Salaried GP

Christiana Hartley Medical Practice is seeking a salaried GP to join our established team for up to 8 sessions per week (number of sessions negotiable).

Practice team:

• 4 GPs
• 5 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
• HCA
• 3 Practice Nurses
• Practice Manager & Deputy Manager
• Dedicated and experienced administration team

We are part of a GP Federation and a Primary Care Network. Salary is at a top rate, dependent on experience.

Main duties of the job

• Manage caseloads and deliver exceptional healthcare to patients.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
• Attend clinical meetings and sessions, including home visits as required.
• Adhere to best practice guidelines, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Complete relevant paperwork, manage medicines, and interpret laboratory results.

Job responsibilities

• Provide safe clinical decision making and assessment skills for patients.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs.
• Support the delivery of policy and procedures, and provide leadership when required.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP
• Full GMC registration
• Eligibility to practice in the UK independently

Experience

• Experience of working in primary care
