Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate GP to join a friendly, community-focused medical practice

Join a highly regarded, community-focused medical practice serving patients in a scenic part of North East Scotland. Known for high patient satisfaction and commitment to continuous improvement, they offer a supportive, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment.

The practice is a triage-based model, providing a very manageable workload, protected admin time, and opportunities for professional development. They also offer private healthcare perks and can support Tier 2 visa sponsorship for suitable candidates.

The Role

Seeking a motivated and ambitious GP who is a strong team player to join the practice. The role is 6-8 sessions per week, designed to allow you to focus on high-quality patient care while maintaining a balanced workload. There is potential to become a GP trainer in the future, given our triage practice and teaching commitment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a varied caseload
  • Participate in chronic disease management, acute consultations, and preventive care
  • Work collaboratively with an experienced primary care team to ensure continuity of care
  • Contribute to ongoing practice improvement initiatives
