We are looking for a salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team due to the relocation of one of our existing salaried GPs.
Main duties of the job- 15 min appointment slots
- Priorities for work/life balance.
- Very occasional home visits.
- Paramedic Home Visiting Services.
- Practice Pharmacy team reducing prescription workloads.
- Rapid Health automated triage service meaning little involvement in triage.
- A dedicated Administrative Team reducing letters.
- Training practice.
- EMIS Web.
- There is also opportunity for overtime when providing holiday cover.

Job responsibilities- Provide a full range of general medical services, including face-to-face and telephone.
- Manage a varied clinical caseload across all age groups
- Undertake home visits where clinically appropriate
- Prescribe safely and effectively in line with local and national guidelines
- Refer patients to secondary care and other services as required
- Participate in duty doctor
- Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records using EMIS
- Participate in safeguarding processes for both children and vulnerable adults
- MRCGP
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in teams
- Demonstrate an understanding of the differences between a partner and a salaried doctor
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- Adaptable to change
- Available to undertake the sessional requirements of the Job Description
- Experience working within a Primary Care Network (PCN)
- Interest or additional qualifications in a specialist area
- Experience supervising or mentoring trainees, medical students, or allied health professionals
