Salaried GP

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Salaried GP to join a well-established, supportive GP practice in Wellingborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a GP looking for a stable role with a strong clinical team, manageable workload and opportunities for professional development.

• Salaried GP
• 4-8 sessions per week (flexible)
• Permanent position

• Provide high-quality clinical care through face-to-face, telephone and online consultations
• Manage long-term conditions alongside the nursing and PCN teams
• Support QOF, clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Contribute to MDT meetings and collaborative care planning
• Ensure safe prescribing and accurate clinical documentation
• Optional involvement in training and supervision of learners
• Engage in continuous professional development and clinical governance

• Well-organised, forward-thinking practice with strong leadership
• Supportive multidisciplinary team: GPs, ANPs, Pharmacists, Nurses, HCAs and PCN staff
• Efficient clinical systems (EMIS Web or equivalent)
