We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed GP towork within a varied team of health professionals including Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates, Clinical Pharmacists and Care Co-coordinators.
Full Time or Part Time Salaried GP Position, for 6 months.
Easy access to M25, M20 & A2.
Competitive Salary+ NHS Pension + Medical Indemnity Fees.
Salary dependant on position and experience.
GP-led, patient centred surgery with emphasis on innovation and nurturing talent.

Main duties of the jobTelephone triage and face to face appointments

Home visit (if indicated & paramedic home-vissiting team unable to complete)

25,000 patient GMS practice using the EMIS clinical system
12 Doctors currently (2 Educational Supervisors, 3 Clinical Supervisors & Dermatology GPwER
4 First contact Advanced Nurse Practitioners
2 Practice Nurses
3 Health Care Assistants
Specialist Minor Surgery Service Contract with the CCG, including Carpal Tunnel Decompression
Friendly receptionists skilled in triage/care navigation
Nurse-led Chronic Disease Management , insulin initiation, helping reduce on duty demand, warfarin clinics and Minor Illness with first contact Advanced Nurse Practitioners
Two Weekly clinical meetings
We encourage and support the development of special interests including training and leadership roles
Job responsibilitiesBlood Results

GP Paperwork (including non NHS work, but this is minimal inSwanley)
Share of on-call duties
Involvement in surgery quality improvement, educationalmeetings and clinical governance including QOF achievement
Clinical Supervision of trainees and nurses
Person Specification Qualifications- You will be registered with the GMC and have completed a specialist training course in General Practice.
- Experience with EMIS would be advantageous.
- Experience of working in a GP practice.
