Acle Medical Partnership are looking to welcome a salaried GP to their experienced and friendly team. The position is offered on 4 sessions a week, 2 sessions to be worked on a Monday and the remaining 2 to be discussed at interview.
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care and continuity for our registered population.
Main duties of the job- Managing a varied patient caseload in surgery and home visits.
- Collaborating with nursing, admin, and management teams to deliver integrated care.
- Participating on our GP run triage system.
- Participating in regular clinical meetings and quality-improvement projects.
- Contributing to our patient-focused ethos through excellent communication and teamwork.

Person Specification Experience- Good understanding and experience of chronic disease management, and primary prevention and screening services;
- Ability to take responsibility for your own career development, learning and performance and are responsible for ensuring that all your mandatory training is in date;
- Awareness of and compliance with all relevant practice policies and guidelines, e.g. prescribing, confidentiality, data protection, health and safety;
- Commitment to life-long learning and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a confidential manner.
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
- Annual appraisal and revalidation (when appropriate)
- Be on the NHSE medical performers list
