An opportunity has become available for a Salaried GP to join a truly exceptional practice in Salisbury, offering between 2 to 8 sessions per week with complete flexibility.

About the Practice:

  • Excellent patient continuity and a well-managed appointment system
  • EMIS Web, eConsult and Docman system in use
  • Efficient document workflow and minimal home visits
  • Team includes GPs, ANPs, clinical pharmacists, practice nurses, HCAs, social prescribers, and a full admin and management team
  • Actively involved in training of medical students and GP registrars
  • Member of a strong and forward-thinking PCN with access to wider support teams
  • Purpose-built, modern premises with on-site parking and good transport links

Essential Requirements:

  • Fully qualified GP with GMC registration and inclusion on the NHS Performers List
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
  • Excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team

Desirable (Not Essential):

  • Experience or interest in teaching or supervision of medical students or trainees
  • Willingness to contribute to clinical governance or quality improvement initiatives
  • Specialist interest areas (e.g., dermatology, women's health, minor surgery, mental health, MSK, etc.)
  • Interest in involvement with PCN work or enhanced roles
