Our client is a well-established teaching and training practice serving approximately 16,000 patients near Bicester and the surrounding area. They are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Salaried GP to join their friendly and supportive clinical team for 6 - 8 sessions per week.

You will provide high-quality, person-centred care through face-to-face and telephone consultations, with occasional home visits where clinically appropriate.
Responsibilities include managing acute and long-term conditions, prescribing in line with guidelines, maintaining accurate clinical records, and completing clinical administration efficiently.
- 17 booked appointments
- Follow-up capacity equivalent to 8 appointments
- Up to 10 tasks (e.g. prescriptions, fit notes, results)
- Dedicated administrative time
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration
- Registered on the National Performers List
- Experience working in General Practice/Primary Care
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Experience with EMIS Web
- QOF experience
- Clinical special interest or leadership experience
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
