SailPoint Security Architect - 6 Month Contract - Hybrid (Coventry)

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Security Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This is a senior architecture role focused on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), driving identity life cycle governance, Zero Trust alignment, and complex integrations across hybrid IT and OT environments.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong architectural ownership and delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) aligned to enterprise security frameworks
• Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, and deployment architectures across hybrid IT and OT landscapes
• Architect automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows, access certifications, SoD policies, and enterprise role models
• Design governance models for both human and machine identities
• Drive migration and transformation from Legacy identity platforms into SailPoint ISC
• Lead application onboarding, access aggregation models, delegated administration, and time-bound access controls
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise security tooling including PAM, SIEM, SOAR, and directory services
• Implement Zero Trust-aligned identity governance frameworks enforcing least privilege and continuous verification
• Conduct cross-functional workshops and support architecture review boards
• Define operational models, monitoring frameworks, and continuous compliance reporting

What You Will Ideally Bring

• 8-12+ years' experience in Identity & Access Management
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Proven track record delivering large-scale SailPoint IGA programmes
• Strong expertise in identity life cycle orchestration and automated JML processes
• Deep experience in application onboarding (connectors, REST integrations, batch collectors)
• Advanced knowledge of role engineering, SoD policy design, and access certifications
• Experience integrating SailPoint with BeyondTrust, Entra ID, Active Directory, ServiceNow, SIEM platforms, and cloud environments
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and enterprise security frameworks
• Experience integrating with SAP CPI (Middleware implementation experience essential)
• Ability to produce high-quality architectural documentation and operate at both strategic and detailed levels
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability within client-facing environments

• Duration: 6 months
• Day Rate: £625 per day (Inside IR35)
• Location: Coventry - Hybrid
