Sailing Operations Lead & Waterfront Safety (Flexible Hours)

Marine Resources Recruitment Ltd on behalf of a well-established sailing club in the North of England is seeking a Sailing Operations Manager. This hands-on role leads day-to-day sailing and waterfront operations, maintains safety equipment, and supports events.

You will work with staff, volunteers and race officials to deliver a safe, professional sailing experience. The role runs March-December with winter focus on maintenance and planning; some flexibility for hours or contractor arrangements
