Safeguarding & Positive Behaviour Lead - SEN School

Springwell School in Southampton is seeking a dedicated Safeguarding Officer - Behaviour to join our specialist SEN team. You will support safeguarding across the setting, promote positive behaviour and wellbeing, and work with senior leaders, families and external agencies to ensure a robust, responsive practice.

This role involves supporting staff with behaviour that challenges, modelling positive behaviour, and contributing to a safe, nurturing environment.
