Safeguarding & Inclusion Lead for 16-18 Learners

Arnold Clark is seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead & Inclusion Specialist to support learners aged 16-18 and those with additional needs. You will uphold learner safety and success, identify barriers early, and coordinate support plans across onboarding to positive destinations.

You will work with learners, employers and staff to create safe, inclusive environments where all learners achieve and sustain employment outcomes. Strong safeguarding and SEND experience is essential.
