SaaS Customer Success Manager - Growth & Retention

Corriculo is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United Kingdom to own the customer journey from onboarding through retention and expansion. You'll manage a portfolio of around 20 clients and travel to visit them, ensuring value is delivered and issues are resolved quickly.

You'll collaborate with sales, product and operations, using CRM tools to track KPIs like NPS and retention, and identifying opportunities for growth within the accounts.
