This high-impact role requires handling UK and US commercial matters, drafting complex SaaS and strategic deals, and guiding stakeholders across multiple time zones.

The ideal candidate will be a solicitor in England & Wales with at least five years of relevant experience, especially in-house in tech, and will bring
