SaaS Commercial Counsel - UK & Global Deals

W&P Partners Legal Recruitment is working with a leading international SaaS business to appoint a commercially focused UK Commercial Counsel to join its global Legal team. The role will own commercial negotiations and work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will handle UK and US matters, draft and negotiate SaaS, customer, vendor and partnership agreements, and help manage contractual risk to support ongoing growth.
