As a Barista, you will be at the heart of our coffee experience - the face our guests remember, the presence that transforms a meal into a memory. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of specialty coffees, teas, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, consistency, and artistry, ensuring every cup meets the highest standards expected by our guests.


• Engage warmly and knowledgeably with guests, offering personalised recommendations and sharing coffee knowledge in a way that enhances their experience.


• Collaborate closely with floor and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless flow of service, communicating clearly on orders, stock needs, and service timing.


• Anticipate guest needs by recognising preferences, maintaining an organised and welcoming coffee station, and ensuring every interaction feels considered and personal.


• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, equipment care, and mise en place, ensuring the coffee station reflects the excellence of the beverages produced.


• Handle guest feedback or concerns with professionalism and care, resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive outcome every time.
