Run & Reliability Director - Real-Time Platform & Voice

Sycurio is seeking a hands-on technology operations leader to own the run-side reliability for our live client service. You will unite platform, DevOps, and telephony engineering under a single accountable owner, guiding architectural decisions and roadmaps.

The role requires balancing proactive reliability with cost efficiency, while managing an outsourced partner and building the team to deliver secure, scalable operations across on-prem and cloud estate.
