RTA Personal Injury NQ Lawyer

Due to continued growth, this highly respected law firm is looking to hire a junior lawyer (NQ-1 PQE) to join their personal injury team based in Glasgow.

The responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with client, third parties and solicitors, keeping clients up to date with the progression of their cases, updating reports and dealing with correspondence,
• Dealing with all types - Fast track and Multi-track cases.
• Reviewing all evidence and establishing prospects of success
• Reviewing and valuing injury claim
• Preparing witness statements
• Drafting Court proceedings
• Drafting various relevant court documents
• Reviewing and valuing credit hire and other special damage
• Complying with court directions
• Dealing with applications and court hearings
• Negotiating settlement

Requirements:

• You will have at least a 6 month seat in personal injury and ideallywithexperience of RTA.
• September 21 qualifiers are alsoinvited toapply.
• You should have excellentcommunication skills and belooking join anambitious and growing law firm.
