RTA Claims Paralegal - Fast-Track Litigation & Growth

Clyde & Co is seeking a proactive Paralegal/Litigation Executive to join our claims team in the UK. You will manage an RTA claims caseload from pre-litigation through Fast Track, delivering high-quality service to insurer clients in a fast-paced environment.

You will draft pleadings, value damages, negotiate settlements, prepare witness statements, and liaise with solicitors, courts and brokers while maintaining accurate case records and timely reporting.
