The User Success Team is responsible for managing user feedback, troubleshooting technical issues, and quality assurance (QA) of our online video streaming service, ensuring that content is seamlessly delivered across all platforms.
About this role- Quality assurance (QA) and quality customer service across multiple platforms and devices
- Editorial decision making and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Troubleshooting issues with efficient and timely escalation of defects identified during QA
- Content publishing and monitoring on key platforms
- Live event scheduling and monitoring
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT), new product development and integration of new systems into day to day workflows
- Collaboration with other departments across the organisation
- Strong organisational and project management skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative approach
- Experience in quality assurance, task management, or a related role within a digital or media environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in managing and presenting data
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- A qualification in media studies, software, project management, data science, technical or another related discipline
- Experience using content management systems (CMS)
- Previous experience working with a consumer digital product in an agile workflow environment, raising bugs, issue tracking, ticket creation, etc.
- Knowledge of the current streaming landscape
- Understanding of RTÉ's role as a public media broadcaster
- Ongoing role on the Multimedia Co ordinator salary scale from €47,769 to €62,080 gross per annum
- Requirement to work various shifts over 7 days a week, depending on business needs
