Robert Half is partnering with a government organisation to recruit an RPA Developer for an initial 3-6 month contract
Role:
The successful candidate will work on the development and deployment of robotic process automation solutions aimed at optimising business processes while ensuring data security and compliance.
Develop, deploy, and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath in a secure government setting.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define functional requirements.
Implement best practices for RPA development, testing, and deployment, ensuring compliance with government security standards.
Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Document RPA processes and maintain detailed technical specifications.
Conduct testing to validate RPA performance and ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated processes.
Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure implementation of automation solutions.
Experience:
Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with a focus on UiPath.
Valid DV (Developed Vetting) and MVP3 clearance.
Strong understanding of RPA best practices, development life cycle, and implementation methodologies.
Proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath modules.
Experience in integrating RPA with various enterprise systems and applications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify automation opportunities.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to work in a highly secure and regulated environment.
