Rough Sleeper Outreach & Housing Support Officer

Worcester City Council's Housing & Homelessness Service is expanding its Rough Sleeper Support team to provide assertive outreach and help people access accommodation and support services. You will work with partner agencies to identify solutions and support pathways for sustainable housing.

The role requires resilience, empathy, and experience in multi-disciplinary collaboration, with some lone working and driving. Applications from all sections of the community are welcome.
