Rotating-Shift Factory Operative (Temp-to-Perm) - Bognor

HRGO Recruitment are seeking a skilled Factory Operative to join the client's factory in Bognor Regis, West Sussex. The role involves operating production machinery, monitoring processes, and following rotating shift patterns.

The position is temporary with a potential to go permanent. Shifts cover three patterns: 2pm-10pm, 6am-2pm, and 10pm-6am, on a rotating two-week cycle. Weekly pay and robust attendance are expected.
