Rota Operations Deputy Manager: Scheduling & Leadership

BrisDoc is seeking a Deputy Rota Team Manager to support the Rota Team Manager in day to day coordination of Severnside's operational and clinical rotas. You will help design, manage and maintain rotas and lead on designated rota tasks, while coaching Rota Administrators.

Working closely with the Service Delivery and Clinical Admin Teams, you will ensure accurate data in RotaMaster, handle short notice cover, and support onboarding for clinicians and staff.
