What You'll Be Doing- Build and manage staff rotas to ensure reliable, high quality care delivery
- Coordinate CareGivers, clients, and families with clear, confident communication
- Fill shifts quickly and effectively, including last minute changes and emergencies
- Motivate and influence CareGivers to ensure shifts are covered and standards are met
- Support onboarding of new CareGivers and ensure a smooth, welcoming induction process
- Keep accurate scheduling records using care management systems
- Work closely with the office team to maintain excellent service delivery
- Participate in the on call rota to support out of hours emergencies when required
- A strong, confident communicator who builds trust quickly
- Organised, detail focused, and able to juggle priorities under pressure
- Calm, resilient, and solutions driven in fast changing situations
- Skilled at influencing and motivating others positively
- A natural relationship builder with a people first mindset
- Comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Experienced in scheduling, rota planning, logistics, or coordination (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to support the on call rota when required
- Willingness to assist with hands on care in rare emergency situations
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,000
