  • NFP Salary Packaging up to $15,900
  • Novated Leasing
  • Meal Card up to $2,650

We are looking for a Rostering Officer to join our team.

About your role

We have an exciting opportunity within our growing MCA Flexicare in-home support service for a Rostering Officer to be responsible for scheduling of home care service requests, updating the roster with service request changes, filling in short notice vacancies, responding to client services requests in a professional manner, maintaining positive working relationships with our Community Support Staff.

Your duties will include:

  • Effective rostering of our residential staff within our rostering guidelines
  • Making sure the schedules have enough staff as per MannaCare policies.
  • Finding replacement staff when someone is away, whether it's planned or unexpected.
  • Effective troubleshooting of day-to-day staff and manager queries
  • Develop positive working relationships with our MannaCare staff
  • Accurate inputting of data into our information systems

About you

  • Experience in creating & maintaining rosters and in an administration role
  • Experience using client management systems
  • You will thrive in a busy environment with the ability to move from phone, emails and scheduling tasks
  • Your previous staff rostering experience would be highly regarded
  • Graduates in Human Resources or similar qualification, who are keen to start a career within a growing residential and community sector
  • You will have strong computer skills, with knowledge of client information systems (such as AlayaCare) or the capacity to quickly learn new information systems
  • You will have strong interpersonal, customer service skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with strong attention to detail
