Rosette-Driven Sous Chef: Lead & Create Fine Dining

Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa is seeking a driven Sous Chef to support AG's Restaurant and Reflections Restaurant teams in achieving 3 Rosette and 2 Rosette standards, respectively. You will work under the new Executive Chef, Alan White, joining a kitchen team focused on creativity, precision and consistency.

The role targets 3 Rosette delivery with fresh local produce, leading the team, maintaining hygiene, contributing to menu development and coaching staff.
