The Person:
  • Proven experience in a Rooms Division Manager, Front Office Manager, or senior hotel operations role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams across multiple departments
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Passion for Excellent Customer Service
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
The Role:
  • Recruit, train and manage the Front Office, Porterage, Reservations and Housekeeping departments
  • Lead and support department heads to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
  • Monitor occupancy levels, room availability, and support the hotel's commercial performance through upselling opportunities
  • Manage departments budgets and drive operational efficiencies
  • Uphold and enforce health & safety, fire safety, and cleanliness standards across all rooms and public areas
