Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development
• Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child's individual needs are met and learning is supported

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification (or higher)
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
• Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and safeguarding training
