The Role

As Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding early years practice
  • Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children thrive
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning in line with the EYFS
  • Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
  • Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and compliance
  • Support, mentor, and develop team members
About You
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) - essential
  • Previous experience as a Room Leader or strong practitioner ready to step up
  • Passionate about child development and high-quality early years education
  • Confident leading a team and setting high standards
