Job Description
Overview 
The nursery day is full of activity, creativity, and exploration. Children take part in play-based learning, structured activities, and outdoor experiences that support their development across the EYFS framework. The team focuses on creating a safe, engaging environment where children feel confident, curious, and ready to learn.
Before You Apply- This role requires recent experience working in a nursery, ideally supporting or leading a room
- Applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- You should be confident organising daily routines and guiding practitioners within a room.

- Confidence organising routines and supporting a small team
- Lead the daily organisation and routines within the room
- Plan and deliver activities aligned with the EYFS framework
- Observe and record children's development and learning progress
- Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards
- Support and guide practitioners working within the room
- Build positive relationships with parents and colleagues
