Room Leader - Lead EYFS Room, CPD & Career Growth

Recruit by Nature in Egham, Surrey, TW20 is seeking a Room Leader to run a welcoming early years room in a well-established nursery. You will lead by example, delivering high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework, while building strong partnerships with families.

This full-time, permanent role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with all-year-round employment and a benefits package including a workplace pension, loyalty bonus and ongoing CPD.
