Responsibilities
  • Prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms and assist with laundry and linen distribution.
  • Replenish guest supplies and report any lost property or damaged items to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Keep housekeeping cupboards well-stocked and follow all health and safety guidelines.
  • Clean corridor areas within your assigned section and complete any other duties as directed by the Head Housekeeper.
  • Collaborate with the team and work effectively under pressure to deliver a high standard of service.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a hotel housekeeper is preferred but not required; strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly across various days and shifts.
  • Reliability, good personal presentation, and a passion for customer service.
  • Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines and contribute to a positive team environment.
